About Procleanz

ProCleanz takes regular tap water and transforms it into a powerful surface cleaner. Delivering incredible sanitising properties, it is the first electrolysed water product in the UK to achieve the EN1276 and EN14476 accreditation.

Electrolysed Water

Despite it’s incredible cleaning power creating electrolysed water appears to be a very simple process. Essentially standard tap water is mixed with salt to produce a saline solution which is drawn up through our system where an electrical current is passed through it.

This activates the oxygen in the water and in the now active state it becomes an incredibly powerful sanitising cleaner.

ProCleanz works day in, day out..

Simply install into a cupboard or similar space and it provides your cleaning team with constant access to litres of a low cost, natural and environmentally friendly solution.

Use on floors, push plates, tables, food dispensaries, in fact anywhere you would use your normal cleaner. ProCleanz will leave every surface clean and sanitised - all delivered for £10 a day.

EN1276 – Your proof of bacterial efficacy

EN1276 is the European standard for the bactericidal activity of a disinfectant solution used in food, industrial, commercial, domestic and institutional areas.

Rigorous testing in an independent laboratory means ProCleanz electrolysed water has achieved this essential standard for cleaning and disinfection purposes.

The EN1276 independent laboratory testing of the product showed a bactericidal effect against the test strains of Staphylococcus aureus, Entrococcus hirae, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa of more than 99.999% within 5 minutes.

How does ProCleanz work?

ProCleanz consists of two units, the softener and a stainless steel wall-mounted electrolysis unit. The softener is connected to a cold water feed, and, through a separate connection, to the electrolysis unit.

Here’s the science part. Cold water passes through the softener, which then delivers the softened water into the electrolysis unit.

In here it is mixed with saline, and is electrically charged as it passes through an electrolysis cell equipped with boron-doped diamond electrodes, the latest cutting edge technology.

As the mix of softened and saline water passes over the electrodes, electrolysed water is produced. Once used, and after enough time to kill any bacterial presence, the solution reverts to saline water, leaving no harmful residue.
